The Education Department of the Health Sciences Library offers hands-on classes, consultations and one-on-one instruction. Classes are held in theTeaching Labs, 1st floor of the Health Sciences Library, Anschutz Medical Campus, and have a minimum enrollment of 3 unless otherwise noted.
Classes are free for the following groups (You may be asked for proof of affiliation with one of these groups.)

| Learn high performance techniques for efficient and effective searching! Use the MeSH Database to build search strategies, wildcard searching, limits, and direct entry commands. Use My NCBI to filter searches, create collections for later reference, and save search strategies for automatic email updates or to run manually at another time. Pre-requisites: Attending the Introduction to PubMed class or completion of the PubMed Online Tutorial prior to taking this class.
