Computing Environment
The Health Sciences Library at Anschutz Medical Campus provides access to biomedical information resources in a complex networked environment. Every effort is made to maintain computing and networks systems at optimal levels. Please ask for assistance at one of the service desks if you need help getting started with your research, or if you are experiencing equipment problems.
Networked laser printing is available for 10 cents a page (copy card required).
Policy
Library computers are a resource provided to support the education, research, and clinical decision-making needs of the faculty, staff and students of UCD-AMC/UCH and the faculty of Children’s Hospital.
Others may use specified workstations for purposes of personal health research or reference ONLY, during periods of low demand by campus personnel.
These computers are NOT provided, funded, or maintained for personal business or recreational use.
Library computers and licensed online resources may not be used by anyone for commercial purposes or private financial gain as defined by the UCD Use of Information Technology Policy - http://www.ucdhsc.edu/admin/policies/fiscal/fp2-04.pdf.
Failure to comply with the guidelines in this policy may result in the loss of the right to use the computers in the library.
